Queensboro FC operates as a community asset, and is dedicated to providing opportunities to families and residents of Queens and broader New York to develop their soccer and life skills through its proprietary, best-in-class platform. Athletes seeking an elite-level opportunity to represent their own borough in one of the most competitive leagues in the US will participate in a proven system and pathway to professional soccer.
Queensboro FC has created a partnership with DV7 Soccer, a global leader in training and developing soccer that provides the highest standards of coaching and education for youth of all ages. Queensboro FC employs DV7’s proprietary soccer methodology that is built from the best practices of the Spanish soccer academies and the experience of international players in the US, Europe and the rest of the world, and also leverages the global network of DV7 Soccer international youth soccer academies. Queensboro FC’s alliance with DV7 represents the club’s continued development of its pathway to the pros initiative – a comprehensive program to nurture youth from the local community into the world of professional soccer.
Structure
The QBFC Academy offers the means for families and young players to achieve their objective of signing a professional contract with the professional men´s 1st team of QBFC, and to prepare them to meet the professional challenges of women’s professional soccer.

Equality & Inclusion
QBFC’s involvement as a founding member in the recently announced pre-professional women’s W League helps provide equal opportunities regardless of gender, and demonstrates its commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion. The Queensboro FC Academy is a safe, respectful, supportive, compassionate and productive environment both on and off the field.
Our methodology: Sport values & the highest standards
QBFC is devoted to excellence. Our coaches and technical staff have the highest level of soccer education, and deliver a superior coaching experience that promotes core values including commitment, teamwork, sacrifice and respect.
Our club teaches more than sports; skills learned on the field are tools for personal development, which is as important as player development. As part of our training, our system presents its students opportunities for international travel and cultivates cultural literacy.
Local and International: QBFC Residency Program & International Agreements
Queensboro FC discovers and develops the best local talent to join the best international prospects on the field. The club is dedicated to maintaining an exemplary organization, grounded in a culture of trust, and committed to fielding a team that reflects the multiculturalism of New York City.
Unlike many other programs across the country, the Queensboro FC Academy is fully-funded and free-of-charge for its players and families in the Elite programs. Queensboro FC’s Residency Program creates a global component to its program by providing room, board, education and other living expenses for select young international and out-of-state players, offering the opportunity for these individuals to come to the United States (many for the first time) and Queens – and play for New York City’s newest professional soccer team.
Additionally, the club is creating strategic alliances with top international clubs to foster the creation of a unique exchange program among the organizations, including scouting of talent and cross opportunities for players.
